William Dale Hammerlee

I love it at Hamerlee I've been going my entire life and have never ever had a problem. But I went today and saw a mom with a little boy and she was so sweet playing with him and talking about him and had the most pleasant attitude then as young kids do, he had a tantrum when he couldn't take a toy into the dentist office. It wasn't him crying or banging the door that bothered anyone except the front desk ladies. They were loudly complaining about how bad he was and even talking about the mom and making fun of her appearance. Actually really disturbed that they were so blatantly and loud making fun of a clients appearance because of a cranky child. I have two kids that deffinatly have panicked in public before and I never want to bring them back after hearing that. It actually hurts my heart and I feel awful for that poor sweet lady who was nothing but kind the whole time. I left without canceling my appointment
