The staff is nice. However I was forced a permanent retainer from here, the bonding is still on most of the teeth and my gums have receeded from the retainer. I thought I was getting a plastic retainer and mid operation I realized it was a permanent retainer, I was never asked if this was what I wanted. 2 Years later, now I'm 17 and in need of a gum graft. Sorry, but this is unacceptable.
