I called to schedule an appointment letting the front desk clerk know I was pregnant, and I needed an extraction. they were booked so I was able to come the next day. When I got there he had failed to relay this information to the doctor or put it in my file. They called my OB and my dr approved the extraction by Dr Grothe. because I expressed my frustration of them telling my I needed to come back AGAIN tomorrow, they told me he didn’t want to see me again and to find a new dentist. I have always sent referrals his way, but if that’s the customer service I get - I will not be so trusting in the future. Also, the front desk clerk who failed to give the information forward - was the dr son. Which is why it was such a problem that I expressed how annoyed I was that the information wasn’t passed down. New dentist in my future, one that has better customer service!.
My experience with Dr. Moore was terrible. He would not respond to my calls for him to look at my x-rays from my last exam by a part-time hygienist. He was out of the office, but the hygienist made a note in my file that I reported a problem with a tooth that supported a three tooth crown. Finally, it was time for my next cleaning/exam. He was there this time and said the tooth had indeed deteriorated, and this problem would now cost me thousands of dollars. His fake dental insurance plan.
Always fast, always friendly. They have saved me from an emergency more than once with just a phone call. Love them!.
Very friendly, and quick service on removal of 3 roots of teeth. Highly recommend.

TLC Dental is fantastic!! I had to reschedule my children's appointments due to a last minute obligation and they were able to get us in the next day due to other cancellations. Dr.Roberts and his assistants are so patient and do a great job. Highly recommended!!.
