Apparently, they botched a simple filling which led to requiring an almost surgical root canal procedure costing me over $2000 when I had told them I didn't have insurance coverage! All doctors are always busy or out of the office so forget about getting any answers to any questions unless you have booked an appointment. I had a question regarding dental implants and I called their office 3-4 times but the doctor was never available and didn't return my calls either. The receptionist finally asked me to email the doctor which I did but the doctor never got back to me. Also, checkout their office hours - they shut down at *2 PM* on Fridays! Moreover, they are also COMPLETELY SHUT on some Saturdays!! It is extremely difficult to schedule an appointment unless you take a personal day from work. There are literally tens of better dental clinics in the Jersey City/Hudson county area. Avoid this one, your teeth and your wallet will thank you!
