The office is far from fancy, and Dr Berkowitz works there alone. He answers the phone, handles the paperwork, performs hygiene and real dental work. But, he's a friendly guy, and one of the few in the Binghamton area to actually accept the grad-student GHI benefits. He got me in for my first appointment within a couple of days, and a follow-up visit about a week later. Even though he handles all aspects of the office, he schedules them carefully so you won't have to wait long. If you're one of those people who's willing to trade the slick, gleaming offices, long waits, and impersonal services of the big corporate places for a bit of peeling wallpaper, quick scheduling, and honest treatment, this is a good place to go.
