Dr. Minchin is a good dentist, but doesn't explain things well, big things. For ex.: tooth needed to be extracted & I was never told about it nor was I referred to an oral surgeon. I had 2 appointments with her, nothing said.This is not acceptable. Impressions were taken for a bridge & a temporary bridge was made. Today I thought the appointment was to get the permanent bridge. Nope, it was for another set of impressions for a permanent bridge. I was never told this. Needs better communication.

Dr. Lauren was so caring, kind, and skilled at my appointment. She took the time to explain the procedure and understand my nerves (it was a root canal). She completed the procedure with no pain to me and she constantly checked in on how I was doing. I so appreciated everything she did.
