This facility looks like an abandoned building, anyway i went to his staff to fill out paperwork example( other medical problems you may have and what you're allergic too) so anyway the doctor rushed me in a chair, applied anesthesia 5 minutes later the extraction was done so finally upon leaving the office i was given2 prescriptions to be filled at the pharmacy, i couldn't get them filled because they couldn't contact him( it was Sunday) so therefore i showed up for new scripts lastly i noticed that the scripts were scribbled on and NOT DATED!!! Omg!!! After the dr just told me he's filling it out out of courtesy!!!!???? Is he for real Dammmmmmm DON'T GO THERE A VERY BAD AND RUDE MAN!!!
