Participated in this appointment by urging me to have unnecessary procedures such as root planing and nonexistent cavities filled. Got the impression he doesn't care at all about the patient. Just trying to get people to agree to as much treatment as possible..
Worst dental experience I've ever had! Dentist was rough and condescending. I was told it was a small cavity that would cost $16 after insurance. Once in the chair dentist then said it was a cavity in a broken tooth and would entail building up the tooth. Had I known this before hand I wouldn't have bothered. Now they are continually billing me for this procedure. After I finally relented and paid the bill, now they are sending another bill for $95. I hate this place!.
I don't know whose digital x-rays you were looking at by all of the dental work you told me I needed to fix for a cost of $8,000 was fixed at another dentist for $750 and I did not need most of the work you recommended. Everyone, get a second opinion..

Dr. Bolduc and Dr. Augustine, Accountant, John, dental assistants, and office staff were very professional and caring when I experienced a dental emergency on vacation in Maine. It's not fun needing an implant when you'd rather be kayaking, but Aspen Dental's initial response to my emergency was to immediately take measures to reduce the dental pain and progressing to handle my procedure. Their kindness and concern were genuine and it was clear that they treat all patients the same. During my visit, there was another dental emergency, and everyone was on alert to handle that situation as well. I would like to thank John, accountant, for promptly handling the financial end with insurance information promptly. His expertise and knowledge was very reassuring. The office staff and dentist assistants were kind, offering to make me comfortable as possible, taking a moment to get to know me in brief pleasant conversation. I was even asked if I was comfortable in the chair.
