1My experience today at Dentally speaking was a sour one. Now if this had been my only one, it would let it go. It was not though, and the staff was so rude. I must say something. I left word with Sandroff about this matter already but for anyone who is debating about the place. An employee named Sara was particularly rude. She needs to go. Her attitude alone. Sara, makes me never want to come back again! In the last year, the staff has gotten worse and worse. Sandroff is great, but you only see him for 5 seconds. You deal with the rest of the staff otherwise and they don't treat you like a customer but as a burden. I've been going to Sandroff's for since I was a kid, but I will thinking long and hard before I return. I did not schedule a return visit. Updated 2016- I have since changed dentists. Found out that they were being lazy and didn't catch 9 cavities! 1 sure, but 9!
