How Patients FeelPOSITIVE
I'd give Dr. Kim zero stars if I could. Before even looking at my teeth, he told me that I probably needed a "full mouth debridement" because it had probably been a long time since I had seen a dentist. This man didn't even have my dental records--how would he know how long it had been without looking at my mouth? Apparently the doctor has to obtain your written and signed consent to start the procedure, but he doesn't even do that, and worse still, he STARTS PERFORMING THE FMD WITHOUT ME EVEN SAYING "OK GO AHEAD" !!! I went to another dentist for a second opinion, and he was utterly confused as to why on Earth Dr. Kim would have suggested an FMD--my teeth have been given a clean bill of health every year, twice a year, for the past 25 years. I would never have expected such money-gouging, especially from a U.S. Navy veteran. This man is clearly a businessman first, and a doctor second.
