This poor old chap shouldn't be even practicing any longer. Note the word practice: he's still \"practicing\". He did one filling which, after a couple of weeks, fell out. He continually babbles on about his kid and his accomplishments as if I'm interested. Just do your \"work\" such as it is and shut-up.
