1I have no words for your incompetence. You didn’t submit the cancellation of the authorization request when you were supposed to (the day you denied treatment and I had to go to a different dentist). You then didn’t submit the cancelation request yet again on January 22 when dentical was on the phone with you instructing you how to do this and being promised to act the same day. The January 27 NOA (third authorization) was denied again because dentical only received your cancellation request yesterday (February 4). You have caused so much pain and time wasted. No apology was given.

30The visit was great; however they recommend you show up a few minutes early so that you can complete whatever paperwork you need. If you get an afternoon appointment that's literally right after lunch, be prepared to wait outside because they lock the doors until someone is done w/their lunch to open the lobby...which doesn't make much sense if you're scheduled for a 1pm appointment. The personnel were very nice and comfortable to talk to about any concerns and they continued to make sure I was relaxed. There's a TV for each patient bedside which is cool to keep your mind off the cleaning. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is seeking a calming and relaxing environment especially if you're already nervous about going to the dentist. Dr Cervantes and her team are great!
