I have spent close to $6,000 in braces for 2 of my kids. My wife took our daughter in to have her braces removed in July and was told we still had to pay another $700 because thats what the "contract" states for 30 months. The contract was written for 30 months if need be. Well, we only went as far as 24 months which our insurance covers and at a set rate. I had to go down to the office because very rarely do you get anyone on the phone and if you leave a message with the answering service you are lucky if you get a call back. Anyways, I spoke to Sierra and asked her to explain why we still had to pay 30 months of service when we only used 24 and still pay $700? First they had the higher pricing for our account and second could not explain why I had to keep paying if my dauughter's braces are off in and 30 months of monthly visits was not going to be needed. So she changed it. I should not have to go there in person to handle such simple things and should have been caught when my wife questioned the $700 when you can see we only went 24 months and not 30...simple math!. It gets better. We are owed a credit because we over paid. Still waiting for a check... Wait it gets even better. I was told the auto pay would stop. Guess what? It didn't!. I called and ask them to please refund my bank account and Sierra said they'll mail me a check. I didn't give them a check so why should I have to wait for one? How hard is it to refund a debit card? Not even an apology was given on any of these issues. I would no recommend This place to anyone. They really don't care and do not take responsibility for their mistakes, and are incompetent.
