6I was given a \"proposed treatment plan\" for a crown. I was to pay half (which I did) and my insurance plan would pay the other half. My insurance paid a very small portion ($400). It will now cost me another $800?? out of pocket. Dr. Chantry\'s billing department in Yuba City response is their \"proposed treatment plan is not accurate, my crown was in the wrong location, I choose the dental plan.\" I had the fallen off crown and was told not to put back on. An unhappy patient.

1Dr. Muscatiello has been our family dentist for over 35+ years. His competence and expertise as well as his innovative approach to dentistry is always above par. He is also compassionate and an all-around nice person. He is very professional and has an efficient and friendly staff.
