Every time I\'ve gone into HiTech Dental for a cleaning they try to charge me $100.00 up front. Mind you, I have insurance that completely covers 4 cleanings per year. This last time was the last straw. They said they had called my insurance the day before my Saturday appointment and verified that I had a deductible for cleanings of $100.00. I just left I didn\'t feel like going over this again with them. I called my dental insurance on Monday. The insurance not only has no record of HiTech Dental calling the Friday before my appointment...but the last time anyone called was more than a year ago. The insurance also stated they have no idea how HiTech came up with any $100.00 amount. So they\'ve lost this customer.
