Dr. Willoughby is a class act! I loved everything about him and the actual work that he performed on me. The reason for the low review was because I called and asked if my insurance was accepted and for a price quote for the 2 fillings before I had them done. I paid for everything that day. 2 months later I'm stuck paying hundreds more than I was quoted because they "didn't know they were out of network". Incompetence on the front end cost them a perfect review by me. Make sure you do the due diligence to ensure they are in network, don't expect them to find out and quote you the correct price based on this information. If you do this I 100% recommend Dr. Willoughby.
