Malpractice dentist. My insurance, NJ horizon, told her to fix my lost filling with plastic glass Ionomer replacement filling. It is the law. I returned two times to get cleaning and the tooth repair. She never replaced the filling. Now my tooth is cracked. Complete malpractice. Worst is she was taking patients from Ms. Ma Guojin, she was listed under horizon insurance.
