1I was a cash-paying patient with Lambert for 25 years. Rates are at the 90th percentile, so you'd expect good service and clinically they are very good. But never once was I sent a thank you by docs, offered a break on whitening, or some other form of 'thanks for your business'. But, enough was enough when I tried to reschedule a hygiene appointment and was told I'd have to wait well over a month. Sorry, but there are other equally qualified dentists who are willing to work for my business, have evening hours, don't take Fridays off in the summer, and aren't flying always flying away to this or that dental conference for a vacation tax write-off. Saw a new dentist in March. Seems just a good with more convenient hours for me.
