He was friendly and explained everything well. He made me feel comfortable during my first visit. All the staff was awesome!

Beware! Beware! Beware: Dr Jim Friedeck is a Hack! and a Liar and Shirley helped cover up the whole thing, In my opinion I would put them in the same level with Child Molesters. In my opinion Menomonie Street Dental MSD is a money driven work place that will say and do anything to make or save themselves money. A few words out of my mouth and even the reception desk is talking Root Canals and Crowns. Do not trust these people or underestimate what they will do to you to make a buck. In my opinion what they have done is criminal.

Terrible dentral office. When you've had your wisdom teeth pulled and you still have pain 4 months later you call the office and let then know you've been having pain on and off for several months and first they want to charge you an emergency visit price even though it's something causes from the surgery and then when you finally get in after calling the office for 2 days and your told well we can't see anything you need to come back when your in MORE pain...really we called THE day it was hurting really bad but you couldn't call us back and then you wanted to charge us emergency prices so we wait and not we're told to come back when it hurts more. I can't even believe this office got any trading higher than 1 star.
