2My 12 year old daughter complained of sensitivity in 1 tooth. He said she needed a root canal so I waited several hours while he performed it. Afterwards he packed the tooth with medication and a temporary filling. Told me to bring her back in several weeks for her permanent filling. I was never able to schedule the follow up appt because no one answered the phone or returned my phone call. Finally took her to another dentist who informed me that a root canal had not been performed but that NOW she would need to see a pediatric surgeon to have 1 performed. This dentist could not believe the size of the hole drilled into my daughter's tooth. I am livid! This is a horrible, horrible place. Something is very wrong in this office.
