They *completely* missed a serious abscessed tooth even after two x-rays. They were stumped and basically threw up their hands. The pain then required an emergency room visit... and the ER confirmed the abscess! Aspen later admitted the abscess *was* showing up on the original x-ray. Their misdiagnosis caused a lot of unnecessary pain and expense, and now, possibly bone damage. Not only that, but they improperly overbilled and it took months to rectify their mistake. Not recommended.
