Very poor care. They explained very little and usually have an attitude of annoyance and superiority. Don't expect to have your procedure explained to you or questions about billing (or your treatment plan or documents in your chart) directly answered. Actually, all you can expect from Cosmetic and Natural Dentistry is an anxiety attack and unnecessary antibiotic percriptions as a first line of treatment for pain. Compassion and understanding are not a part of the bedside manor of anyone here. Unprofessional and not committed to an actual holistic health approach for the well-being of their patients... I mean, customers.

had an upper denture made but had a poor experience. Could not have them properly fitted after several visits right from the first month. He felt since they looked good they must be right. But I had a sore upper lip and still do and could not get any satisfaction. I felt they were not made quite right for my mouth but he checked with the lab, who had not seen them or me, who said they were right. Even one staff member thought they did not look right. Am very disappointed with the service.
