My mom was a patient here and she had nothing but bad things to say just like most of all the other reviews on here. My mom went 30 minutes early for her appointment and was made to wait for 2 hours before she was taken in. Once she got in, the instruments weren't ready. There was no cleaning of the teeth completed, even though there was supposed to. Dr. Batra was only worried about making money and sent my mom to the billing department to see how much the treatment would cost while completely skipping the cleaning the appointment was intended for. When she asked the dentist a question, she was ignored and her staff answered for her. My mom also had to find the water button to rinse her mouth by herself without any assistance from the dentist or staff. If there was an option to give zero stars, we would. Be aware and choose a different dentist..
It was last year for myself and my 4 year old daughter Very unprofessional staff and doctor herself rude makes clients wait while she goes eat or take a phone call so rough made my daughter bleed she was terrified to go back to her so we had to change the dentist and he was so good with her she loved it very gentle when he did the work on her teeth I won’t recommend Rucha batra at all and just wants your money as the other doctor who works there he was excellent and explained everything what wa.

My wife, three teenage kids, and I have been going to Dr. Marder since moving to the area 11 years ago. We absolutely love him! He is experienced, does great work, and never recommends any treatment unless it's absolutely needed. I also appreciate the fact that I can get Saturday morning appointments, and he never makes me wait..
