Fluegge Family Dentistry

Made an appt at the beginning of August for a consult on 8/25. The receptionist was very nice, but that was it. I was invited in a room after 40 min from my appt time and I was announced by the dental assistant that she needs an X-ray, while she slammed the chair button so hard that my vertigo kicked in. The condition was listed on my chart, but why bother reading! I was announced by the same very unfriendly dental assistant that will be a few more minutes. After 10 more minutes I noticed that the dr was seeing a lady who arrived 10 min after me, so I left the room. Receptionist offered the option to reschedule and I asked a simple question - how much time will I have to waste next time? So, if you have time to waste, please be my guest! When will green doctors will start paying us back for time wasted? We are required to pay if we are late or of we cancel less than an amount of time before the appt?
