I liked Dr. Stilson. He treated me like family. He is very friendly and answered all my questions.

They have rude staff members working there. They are also very unprofessional. Never going back there again.

Initially I had a good experience with Element Dental. However, recently they have been very disappointing. The last 3 times that I have had an appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour past my appointment time. What's the point of an appointment then? Also, they incorrectly billed my insurance for things that I didn't have done and have yet to fix that. Lastly, I had a cleaning done here. If the hygienist was in the room for more than about 5 minutes, I would be surprised. She literally brushed my teeth and that was it. I paid $90 for someone to brush my teeth!!!!!!
