I just wanted to know when to come in to see if dental molding has came back yet, so I can go ahead and have my dentures made,I want only 1 solid gold on dentures and have some one call me to let me know how much out of pocket I have to have , let me know what's going on ,it seems like confusion with appointment set ups back and forth and to be sent away ??????. I been calling and calling to famila office?.
If i could give zero stars i would. I was referred here by my insurance. They are the most unprofessional rude group of people I've met. Twice i needed to get work done outside of the office, and both times i got to the other specialist and my paperwork from familia was incorrect. Once i had to keep rescheduling with the other office while chasing familia for 3 wks straight to resend the corrected forms. Another time i need paperwork for a crown sent to my insurance after a root canal and find out a month later on the 3rd call to my insurance that they never sent it out after I'd spent my hard earned money on a root canal and my filling was wearing down by then. I finally made a compplaint with corporate on the office because i was tired of their unprofessionalism. Two days later i received a rude calling from their office saying the dentist had referred me to a different office. After 1 complaint!!! Mean while they'd messed up a million times before i finally decided enough was enough. Their receptionists were rude as hell everytime i came and will just stare at you when you come in like you're bothering them by walking in and needing help. They need to just throw the whole office away this place is horrible!!.
My rating is 4/5 stars, because the front desk staff is extremely rude. There was not a welcoming feel. The associates at the front desk did not address patients that were waiting at the desk. There were several first time patients, and no one informed them of the paper work. So, patients were waiting and expecting the front desk to call their names. I witness an elderly lady stand at the desk for about 5 minutes while the 2 women associates chatted about last night adventures. After waiting 5 minutes the security office finally asked the woman “can we help you?” she began to explain that she had never been there before, and was not sure of how the process works. Then one of the associates handed her a clip board without addressing her, and told her I need your ID and insurance card! Then as the waiting room started to fill up, and I noticed the front desk associate started to chat on her cell phone. I would have assumed it was a work phone if she wasn’t discussing her personal relationship business. The personal cell phone continued to ring loudly at the desk. They open the doors at 8:45 am which is good to get there early, because they schedule so many appointments at the same time. Arrive extremely early, because they will reschedule your appointment if you’re a late no excuses. I witness the staff inform patients that the doctor reschedule their appointment, because they were late. At this point they hadn’t called any patients to a treatment area. They did not start to call patients until about 9:30/9:45 am. Now for the positive, Technician Brandy was extremely patient, and informative. She is the only reason why I rated 4/5 stars. She seemed very compassionate about her job, and La Familia Dental need more like her. I do not know if you can request for Brandy, but you should if you can..
Coming from someone who has a true fear of dental procedures, they treated me so well. I was scheduled for a root canal consultation, and they were able to handle it right then and there without having to reschedule. Dr. Katsarsky and his dental technician were so patient with me, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The waiting room is pleasant and there's a nice set up for beverages (coffee, tea, juice, bottled water) while you wait. I will be back for another procedure in 2 weeks, but can honestly say that I'm not nearly as apprehensive as I was before. Would recommend to any and everyone. The service is highly terrible.The wait is HORRIBLE! I recommend you to go to another braces specialist. Familia Dental Customer service is disgusting. I will NEVER go to this place or recommend them to ANYONE..
Have been twice had a wisdom tooth extracted, Have to go back for another wisdom tooth extraction. I generally hate the Dentist but the kind and caring staff changed that. They are very knowledgeable and kind made my experience painless. I am changing my whole family to them..
