Ihad an 10:30 appointment for March 8, 2016, I called and confirmed March 4, 2016, arrived for my appointment, was told it was March 7, 2016. No one could see me until 3-4 hours. I had drove all the way from Gwinnette, and did not recieve a call telling me my appoinment had changed. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!.
It was clean new ,the people was friendly. Dr.Carter was very helpful..

Worst experience of my life. Unorganized and understaffed in front office. I was the very first patient and came in for a emergency visit in excruciating pain. This office never confirmed my insurance so every time when she called to verify a breakdown of insurance she kept on hanging up due to long wait period. I called Delta dental and they explained the providers have several ways of doing this mind you... they had patient after patient be seen and I'm in pain waiting on verification that was already supposed to be done ahead of time. This was my very first appointment and last time I will deal with some thirsty unprofessional office that had no type of regard for my situation and I can't get my 2 hours back either! Dr Carter was absolutely great! I have had a fear of dentists since childhood and she has always put that fear to rest. The entire staff was very nice and caring, they all made me feel at ease. I've had a procedure with her once before that was flawless and she was flawless yet again today. I would recommend this practice to anybody and I look forward to following up with her again in the future..
