I have avoided going to the dentist, having some bad prior experiences. However I knew this would be different after leaving a message with Dr. Shannon's office. The very next day he called me back himself to find out what was wrong. He set up an appt for me immediately, and by the end of the next day the problem tooth was extracted and I was already feeling better. Dr Shannon made me feel comfortable from the second I walked into his office. He is very friendly, honest and open about your dental health and what needs to be done. I have since been back for a proper cleaning, which I hadn't had in years. I can honestly say I am looking forward to my next visit, as I can already see the difference in my teeth from one cleaning.
