1Dr. black was my dentist for many years until I moved to Texas. He\'s always very thorough and didn\'t try to throw the most invasive ,expensive treatment at me. Always listened and explained everything step by step. Since Here Texas , I have gone to at least three different dentists. None are as good or even close to as good as Dr. black, the first thing they go for is what\'s going to make them the most money. They don\'t even do the basic cleaning until you have the $ work done ,Wish I was in NY

9First of all, this dentist office is very dirty. The Secretaries are not nice at all to patients. The Dentist did NOT do a good job on my mouth, even went back a few times, Big Mistake.. They call you to confirm your appointment and expect you to call back right away, if you do not, they cancel your appointment..They dont give patients a chance to return calls. This OFFICE NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN...They are horrible...Never Again, going back to this DUMP!! I didnt even want to give them 1 Star!!

2OMG! Run, do not walk, out the door! Secretaries rude, office dirty and full of dust, even in the procedure rooms. I went there for a cleaning, he put the motorized rubber buffer (fluoride) on my front teeth only and said I was done, that took 30 seconds! When I confronted him, he said, "that's how they do it here", and they will be putting in a request to my insurance company for a scaling. I told him I had a scaling last year with my previous dentist in Florida and a scaling was not necessary again, I just wanted a cleaning, which I get every six months, he then again said "That's how we do it here". I immediately called my insurance company and have filed a complaint against him. In my opinion, he is scamming the medical insurance company!
