Poor care. Dentist didn't care that I was in pain and was unwilling to assist in solving pain..
Worst dental visit of my life. He was 45 min behind (I was patiently waiting in the chair playing on my phone), office staff came to apologize for him being behind. I have no doubt that he was rushing my appt to make up for lost time. He didn't offer novocain. I told him it was painful &hurt and he didn't seem to care. his assistant finished the job of a temp crown, he left without warning and didn't come back to check my tooth before I left. 2 failed attempts proper numbing for a root canal.
He was ok. Thick accent, seemed very arrogant. My tooth still feels sensitive and numb months after a filling. Too much cologne when that close to my face. Made me uncomfortable..
The same great service as last time and the time before that..
It's always nervewrecking when you need to find a new dentist in the area. Luckily, a lot of my coworkers recommended Elan. I'm glad I decided to go here. I went in for my first visit and they were all very friendly and answered any questions I had. Jasmine and the Doctor were very knowledgable and just awesome! They were very helpful in any questions I had. Glad I found them..
