Staff nice, dr richard, horrible! Had root canal done by him, first time I️ went in, in sooo much pain. He said he’d give me antibiotics, then went to pharmacy to pick up and pharmacist said, I️ couldn’t take meds because I️t was in the family of meds I️ was allergic to, (which btw I️ wrote on my intake form at office) called the office to request new meds, dr richard called me asking what antibiotic I️ could take! Umm hello! You’re the dr! I️ don’t remember or keep track of antibiotics I️ take. Then went in for actual root canal a few weeks later! Next few days, I️ was more pain than before I️ went! Horrible!
