Aweful,egomaniac,wouldnt listen to me,,refused to give me a wedge for my severe tmj...he thought i grind my teeth..this injury resulted from a motor vehicle trauma where my jaw was knocked out of socket...instead of accommodating me..he inflicted pain while saying look u can do it..(.i know my limits.)..when done with the filling...that wasnt so bad was it? When asked to fix a sharp edge on my tooth i had him saying smooth as butter...really...reporting to better business bureau
