3Going to the dentist is never easy, and Generations in Dentistry doesn\'t help. Skills & knowledge are there, but never felt genuine warmth and concern. Typically leave feeling lectured. Last straw - completing a procedure without discussing out of pocket costs in advance, which were triple what was expected. We have Gold level Anthem Ins. + FSA, but with 1 payment glitch...then Pay As You Go. Not sure this is allowed as a preferred provider, but certainly the motivation to find a new dentist.
