After getting fillings at this location, I was informed that my insurance was not going to cover the white fillings. This should have been brought to my attention before the work was done. They informed me that it was not their job to figure out if the insurance company is going to cover it or downgrade and not cover it. Now I’m stuck with a bill that I was blindsided with. Fast forwarding to a year and a half later. One of the fillings has fallen out, which would have been covered under the warranty if I would pay the outstanding bill that I was blindsided with. I have sense found a new dentist and before they did any work in my mouth, they came to me with a bill. After they ran my insurance to see the full extent of coverage. They assured me that I would not be blindsided with another bill. This is the way it should have went the first go around with Bellwood. Also, as the new dentist was doing the procedure to put the filling back. He noticed that there was still a cavity behind the filling that had fallen out. Signaling that the original dentist at Bellwood did not complete the job and get the cavity fully removed. Highly recommend staying away from Bellwood family dental. It seems to me that they are running a racket and would like their clients to do their job for them or you will get stuck with a bill that you did not see coming!.
Performed dental care on me without disclosing that they had discontinued their contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Not only did they bill me, but I was also paying for dental insurance. A reputable firm would have advised the customer before performing service..
First, Dr Cochell had a name change a couple years ago. It’s Logsdon now. She is wonderful. My husband and I have been seeing her for years. Very friendly environment..

She is friendly, competent and does not recommend medically unnecessary procedures. Her staff is competent and friendly as well. They don't make you feel bad if your teeth are not in the best condition. They will start where you are and help you get healthier from that point..
This office is absolutely the best in the area and I have been to most of them for various treatments. You will not be disappointed with this Dr. and the staff. Wonderfull!! Thank you very much for your dental care for me and my entire family and my friends. Great dental care and worth the investment..
