Dr. Runde is an amazing dentist. Going to the dentist is a top fear for many people. Dr. Runde makes a visit with her a very pleasant experience. She is compassionate and professional. Her expertise in the field of dentistry is top notch and she makes you feel like the most important patient. You never feel like just another patient in the schedule for that day. She takes the time to listen to you and also explains in detail the plan for your dental care. I highly recommend Dr. Runde!.
AMAZING PLACE FOR DENTAL WORK. I've got a laundry list of dental issues and two of my worst teeth got worked on in my second visit there. I'm amazed they could even fix them and I'm so thankful. The staff is kind, patient, QUICK, and informed so if you have any questions for anyone, DON'T WORRY. P.s. when they numb you, they REALLY numb you. I have a fear of dentists but this is the only place I've felt secure and sure of going to.P.p.s. if you say ow they don't just tell you to sit still a little while longer and try to handle it like most dentistries. They care. If you're in pain, they know they didn't do something right and they won't continue until youre comfortable..
If I could post less than one star I would. Staff, both reception and doctor, were inconsistent and unhelpful. The lack of empathy is astounding. They will not be receiving any further business from me..
DR. James and staff do a great job in making a trip to the dentist as convenient and painless as possible. I would recommend Stone Creek Dental and there staff to anyone.
