How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
5Not rude or anything, but you can do better for your children. Took my 3 year old in and the hygienist was great and went out of her way to make him feel comfortable. She spent a few minutes counting his teeth and mentioned there was a bit of decay after looking around. Dr. K. then came and looked with his mirror for 90 seconds or so and said that he had 4 cavities and was going to give us a referral to a pediatric dentist. That was it. No explanation of what it meant to have cavities in primary teeth or which teeth were effected, no advice on better cleaning techniques, no questions about our eating or brushing habits, just nothing besides a $100 bill for his "comprehensive exam." He did ask if I had any questions, but was walking away as he said it. I got absolutely no feeling that he actually cared about the welfare of my child and I'd rather answer my questions with research.
