I respect the dental staff, but the business as a whole is a hot mess! First, when I tried to call their office at 7:00pm (NOTE: Their hours of operations state that they are open until 10:00pm) I got a message that said, "The person that you are trying to reach is currently on the phone." Then it went straight to voicemail. SO, I took it upon myself to go there in person, since I do not live far away. Low and behold, their lights were out, and no one was there! (This occurred the evening AFTER my scheduled appointment. I was hoping the office staff at night were better than the day staff.) Besides me being in extreme pain, my situation is time sensitive due to chemotherapy treatments coming up. At the time of my actual scheduled appointment, the Dentist wanted to get approval from my oncologist before performing any dental procedures, which I was able to get the following day. His action of due diligence made me gain more trust in him. SO, I called to schedule the procedures that were delayed due to the dentist needing to clear me. I will be kind and NOT mention her name, I had to tell her at least four times that, "no I cannot make an appointment on the 28th, I start chemotherapy that day." That was frustrating....but I kept my cool and was not disrespectful! But, I did ask her kindly, "please, you are not listening to me, because I told you three times that I could not make that date." She then informed me that there were no openings available until next month, aka next year! Because I am even more frustrated that they falsely set up a recording about someone being on the phone to cover for people NOT there during the hours advertised, This is what I have to say about their office staff: If they had any common sense they would have 1) spoken to the Dentist before concluding there is nothing that could be done on scheduling, 2) put me on a call-back list in the event that someone cancelled, or 3) considered asking a patient on the schedule if they would be able to reschedule due to another patient with an urgency, or 4) all of the above! I will call back tomorrow and HOPE that someone else answers the phone and I get better results, or else I will be taking my fantastic dental insurance elsewhere! Sorry, Dr. Landreth, it has nothing to do with you! SO, those of you reading this review, if you see Dr. Michael R. Landreth at another practice, I recommend him as our family members have had great services provided by him personally. It's the office staff that is in need of either additional training or replacement. And, NO, Dr. Andrew Ferrall does not work at this office, I believe he is an owner, as he cannot possibly be at every location listed in his name!.

Dr. Wang is great and she is so trustworthy. Her staff are great and very helpful..
Staff and Dr. Clifton really care about patients. They make you feel like one of the family. Dr. Clifton is so welcoming and warm..
