3I won't be going back. The first experience I had with this office was during a dental emergency and their computers were down. Instead of taking my name and number and calling me as soon as they could access their appointment book, the receptionist said I would just have to call back some other time. My next experience with them was worse. Since I was a new patient, I was told to show up 15min early for my 2:00 appointment. When I showed up, the door was locked, lights were off, and no on answered the phone. At about 2:10, the dentist and his flock of girlies showed up and didn't even acknowledge me as they walked in the door. The receptionists were snotty and didn't care that they were off having lunch when they were supposed to be with a patient. As my fiance sat in the waiting room while my teeth were being cleaned, the receptionists talked crap about me. I guess they couldn't handle me reminding them what time they were supposed to be at work. Apparently, the immature receptionists were also talking about my fiance, whispering about him and 'why is this guy hanging out in the waiting room?'. Dr Mack didn't seem to care about being late either. He actually seemed cold and unfriendly. The only good part about this visit was the hygienist. I can't remember her name, but she only works Thursdays. She was super nice, and did a great job cleaning my teeth. She is the only reason I gave even 2 stars. Too bad she doesn't work at an office you should actually go to. This office has so many unprofessional, horrid little people in it! DON'T GO HERE!

8First the staff is fabulous! You feel at home immediately! Dr. Gaebelein Was kind, patient and very thorough! He was completely honest and referred me to an oral surgeon as he felt I needed more in depth care! Wow!!!! They cared about the patient, me and what was best for me not just another appointment!!!! I will definitely go back!!!

4Very good and great with knowledge of the teeth. I went to a Dr. A in Boca Raton who messed my teeth up in the front causing more pain than the reason I went in the beginning. He was supposed to do a root canal and split my tooth in half then tried to bond it back together and killed the tooth next to it by freezing it, now brown. All that and I was left with a $2,800.00 bill and no offer to pay. Dr. Ian Jones found the problem that was causing the continued pain right away. He fixed it and I have had no problems since. The bill of fixing someone else\'s work is less if you see Dr. Jones first. PS
