They were horrible with my son. He was obviously anxious and they didn't try very hard to calm him down before forcing him to brush his teeth. I would have liked to reschedule, but they were intent on getting it done then. I also didn't appreciate the dentist's assistant forcing her finger into his mouth while he was freaking out.
