I'm extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I met w dentist and paid $5000 for a bridge. After money received I only was able to see him for 60 seconds when he glued it in. The rest was the assistant and the girl that works at the front desk. This new bridge was ground down for over 2 hrs and going back twice after that for more grinding and now does not function as it should. The integrity of the bridge is gone. Dentist should have advised he doesn't do the work himself..
An awful office. I had a veneer come loose, and was charged $177 for a glue job that didn't last until the dentist left the exam room. The dental assistant reglued it after it fell out of my head within seconds, but that fix lasted less than a couple of weeks. When I asked about having the veneer replaced properly, I was quoted an additional $200- for a 4 second procedure that the office screwed up the first time. It's tough to rate the dentist; I saw him for a matter of seconds. But paid $200..
Once I was in the office it was professional but friendly and attentive. Dr Gluhareff is knowledgable as well as technically excellent. His staff were upbeat, the waiting area was warm without being over done. The working areas were clean without being over technical. This was as good an experience as possible considering I went there with a 2 week long toothache!.
People were nice and respectable they also seem to genuinely care..

I was very surprised how fast they handled my problem. I tend to be very nervous at the dentist office. The Dr. made me feel comfortable and the whole staff was very friendly. That was my first visit and wont be my last..
