Just called to make an appointment. Got asked if I was a patient or a lab. Couldn\'t understand \"lab\" but when eventually I did, answered I was neither. To orient myself a little, asked how many prosthodontists they have. Person said she didn\'t know why she should have to answer that question. It wasn\'t long before I said that it sounds like she doesn\'t want any new patients so I would find someone else. The receptionist said OK, that sounds good.
