1On one tooth, he was supposed to thicken the filling. He ended up drilling the filling out, leaving the initial problem and worsened it, causing immense pain. To make matters worse, he did a root canal on the front tooth. Awhile afterwards, I complained to him about the pain it was still causing. He told me feeling that pain was impossible. At a later appointment, he ground down that same tooth for a crown (due to it being too thin because of all of the work he’d done on it) and it became infected at the root. It remained infected for years because his office dropped me as a patient after one missed appointment (time miscommunication) and I had no dentist that could look at it. His office staff is rude, tactless, and have no empathy for any of his patients. I’m a VA-referred patient and this is how they treat veterans.

20Dr. Ross and his staff are awesome! They seem to drop what they are doing when I have an emergency. This is the BEST dentist I\'ve had in my 62 years on earth! Thanks to everyone at Newaygo Family Dental Care.

3Treatment has always been top notch. Dr Fair cares and does take time yo make sure I’m comfortable for each appointment. One thing he did was make my elderly father, who was very cautious with medical appt) feel like he mattered.
