Dental One Associates

This is the most unorganized unprofessional dentist office I've ever been to. I started there last year of March 2016 and have been through 4 different orthodontists and 2 general dentistry. The front desk gives you a card with an appt time however when you call to confirm they advise you that they didn't have you scheduled for that day but you have an card saying so. This the 2nd time this has happen. Furthermore, they aren't the friendliest either with the exception of Cory & Kim. I was told that the orthodontist isn't there on Thursdays but as long I've been going there. I've always seen the the orthodontist on Thursday and I have a upcoming one which I have a card stating a Thursday. I did advise the lady I spoke to today that I would be changing my dentistry however my daughter still has her braces on so she has to finish out her care but whenever shes done I will not be returning.
