Whether I'm talking to Caroline at the front desk or being seen by Dr Lac or Dr Liu (who goes by Dr Johnny), I've had a consistently positive experience during every one of my visits in the past 4.5 years. I drive across the bay to come to this dental office because I know that I will always be taken care of in the quickest, most efficient, professional and humorous way. The staff is very skilled with both routine and complicated procedures as well as being extremely friendly and considerate. Their patient's safety and well-being always comes first and although the work is very thorough I can honestly say there's probably the least amount of pain and discomfort from this office than in my entire dental history. I appreciate that all procedures are always explained to the patient step by step clearly and precisely and there is never the pressure of being up sold on unnecessary work, materials or accessories. As a matter of fact, you are sent home with a dental care package every single time! The pluses are that this is a kid-friendly family dentistry and that they will play movies/videos with headphones for the patients during procedures so that the patient is always utterly distracted. I feel like it's a very thoughtful team and that patient care is seamless between the dentists so that on any given day, you can be confident you will be well taken care of. I would recommend this dental office to anyone and everyone who appreciates great patient care.
