1They never called to set my 3rd appointment in 6 months. When I called them it took several months to get in. On my way, I called to let them know I might be late because of traffic. The woman at the desk was very rude. When they took me back they told me my insurance would not pay for panoramic ex-rays every visit, but the dentist requires them and it would be $55 extra and that their office had decide to add an extra $15 fee. I was not told any of this when scheduling. WILL NOT GO BACK!
