17So my first visit...exam and cleaning. That went fine but what was exhausting was trying to settle my bill. Dr House submitted the wrong code for my visit and my insurance kicked it back. OF course they should. So I reach out to the office staff and say hey I want to clear this up what can we do. So they attempted to re submit the bill and it get denied again.. I reach out again and months go by... So I send a last email why is this so hard. I want to pay my fair share !... OH know I am the bad guy now .. what a dysfunctional office ! believe me folks good luck ! Dr wrote me and spelled my name wrong.. which is fine but clearly they are saturated .
