Dr. Lucero is great, however the whole 10 years I have been going there, the staff has been unbearable. I go to another dentist, however I still have to see him for my veneers. If I could just go in and deal with him, I would give it 5 stars. His office staff ruins the experience and I leave there frustrated every time. Their billing office is a joke, my insurance pays and they still bill me as if they haven't. When they finally see I should get a refund, they make me wait 4-6 weeks and I have to drive there to get a check. I am so glad I have found a dependable dentist to replace this mess!
