I've been going here for more than 5 years. I've never had a problem with the rudeness I read about in these reviews. I've been around a long time and I've discovered that some people deserve rudeness...rude people are treated rudely and then complain vociferously about it. People who actually know how to interact with others are treated well and have rewarding experiences, but unfortunately are rarely motivated to sit down and write positive reviews so the data is biased. Some time ago I was assigned a dentist and I liked her work. She's very competent. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment with this same dentist. She's aware of my retired, fixed income situation and she always helps me figure out the most cost-effective way to get the required treatment. Do they recommend deep cleaning?...of course they do...I wonder why?...maybe because it should be done?? They told me exactly what it would cost before I even scheduled it. I've always been treated in a friendly way by the administrative staff. If you don't know what you're talking about I suggest not talking.
