Not very happy. My husband and I are due to leave town on 11/01 and his partial broke. We went in to see Dr. Lee over 2 weeks ago in plenty of time to get a new one, and when it came in on Thursday, they said it was broken, now they cannot guarantee he will have it by 11/01--and the one he has just broke permanently. Very uncomfortable situation to be in.
