Lack of Courtesy. Argumentative doctor This dental office did not even had the courtesy to call me to let me know my dentist was not going to be present the day of my appointment. They asked me if it would be ok to have myself be seen by another dentist that works for the same dental clinic. I said yes. Then they said they would ask that dentist to see if he would be ok with it. A couple of minutes later they told me the new doctor was okay with seeing me, but that I would have to keep the new doctor as my permanent Doctor. I did not agree with that since my original doctor has seen me for about 7 years. They made me wait 50 minutes. When the new doctor comes he argues with me that my original doctor have to leave due to a mother's emergency. I said that was okay but they should have haf at least the courtesy to have notified me. Do not expect this dental office to have the courtesy of calling you if they cannot make it to your appointment. They won't even apologize.

I have always associated pain with the dentist until I came to Dr. Verdugo. Even being the biggest weenie with the teeniest amount of pain tolerance I don\'t think I\'ve ever felt pain at the dentist since coming to him. He coaches me through every shot and every procedure and in the end I don\'t even feel a pinch. Definitely the best dentist out there. Also his staff is so incredibly nice.
